About Me

I’m a dedicated practitioner and teacher of holistic medicine and have owned this practice since 2015. I love empowering patients to understand their bodies and discover the gentle power of the healing arts. As a Registered Massage Therapist, I enjoy being able to bridge the gap between western medicine and the “alternatives,” while providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to heal.

I'm a highly skilled allied health care practitioner aiming to increase the

well-being of Northern Adelaide communities, families & individuals through exceptional comprehensive tailored massage programs.

After my traditional education, I channelled my energy into studying Remedial Massage. As a teenager, I always loved the body and how things worked, or didn’t work in a lot of cases. Through studying and with a caring and nurturing nature, I found that for me, the best way of helping and connecting with people was through massage.

I completed my Diploma in Massage Therapy in 2008 at the South Australian Health Education Center (which has since been sold to Endeavour College). My studies required a lot of intense and detailed training with many hours completed in the student clinic to master my skills.

After completing my diploma, I focused on myself; giving birth to a beautiful boy in 2011 and a beautiful baby girl in 2013. While focusing on raising my children, I maintained my massage skills by massaging my family and friends until I decided it was time to pursue my own career. I have continued to add to my skill and knowledge base and now can offer Dry needling and Myofascial cupping as a part of my treatments.  I am excited and look forward to
